High Blood Pressure

According to "Food Processing", March 1999, new research shows that just eating two bananas a day can lower your blood pressure. In the study volunteers ate two bananas daily for a week. At the end of the week the volunteer's blood pressure had fallen by 10%. The researchers say that bananas act in a similar manner to anti-hypertensive drugs that inhibit the action of an angiotensin converting enzyme.
