3 avocados, peeled and halved
1 avocado, peeled and cut up for blender
2 cups alfalfa sprouts, chopped fine
4 green onions, minced
2 stalks celery, minced
1 tomatillo or tomato
1 garlic clove
Dulse seasoning * to taste
1 cucumber, sliced
2 red peppers, sliced in rounds
Blend tomatillo or tomato, one avocado, garlic, dulse, and enough water
to make a thick dressing. Combine alfalfa sprouts, green onions, and celery.
Stuff the avocados with the sprout mixture. Place on plate with red peppers
and cucumbers. Pour on dressing. Garnish with parsley.
* Dulse Seasoning: 1/4 cup dehydrated Dulse (Found at health food stores)
1/2 cup sesame seeds, and 1/4 cup onion flakes. Brown sesame seeds in
a dehydrator (oven below 105 degrees). Grind all ingredients in seed mill
to fine consistency.
