What is Consciousness ?
Consciousness is very mysterious. It somehow divides the world into a part that sees (subject)
and a part that is seen (object)!
We feel that we understand objects because every waking moment of our lives we work with and experience objects. We feel hunger and get food. But who is having that feeling (subject) of hunger and getting the food (object)? Where is the observer?
Maybe, there is a person in our head that is the observer!
Oh no! that won’t work. Then there would have to be a second person in that person’s head! Oh dear, where does it end?
Maybe our computer like brain does something that creates the observer. That sounds good, let us look at that. Let’s turn the page and see how a computer works.
