“If you light a lamp for someones else it will also brighten your path.” This is Karma. Karma is what balances physical reality, and makes it possible. Without this balance reality will spiral into chaos. We live in a world that appears to be cause and effect but that is an illusion because of our belief in a first cause, something that started the Universe moving, but that first cause can be at any point in the circle of life. So there is no first cause. Thus, even though there is new technology and ways of thinking moral balance is always maintained because it is a Karma circle. The more you care and help others the more you are blessed, but the more self-centered you are the more negative life is. This is not escapable. Either you put good Karma into the wheel, and in the long term get good karma back, or you put bad Karma in the wheel and in the long term get bad Karma back. If one puts only a mediocre effort into life one will reap a mediocre life.
